TMB has partnered with RS Group for nearly a decade, delivering a large-scale, multi-day event that brings together over 600 attendees, including sales teams, customers and supplier partners.

Working as an extension of the RS team, we deliver a fully integrated experience - combining conference, exhibition and awards into one seamless programme. At the heart of the event is a 3,000-square-metre supplier exhibition, showcasing over 80 exhibitor stands, alongside keynote sessions and a high-impact Supplier Awards dinner.

Our role spans end-to-end delivery, from strategic planning through to on-site execution. We manage the full exhibition environment, including floorplans, power requirements and complex build schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all exhibitors.

Alongside this, we curate the full delegate journey - overseeing registration platforms, communications, accommodation, transfers and on-site logistics. With multiple stakeholders and venues involved, we provide a single point of coordination, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
