Project Description

TMB was appointed to the Audi presents programme following its first year of operation, at a time when bookings were managed manually via calls, emails and spreadsheets - creating inefficiencies and leaving room for error.

Working in close partnership with Audi UK, we have transformed the programme into a seamless, digital-first experience. A bespoke “Audi presents” platform now enables customers to browse and book events directly, while also allowing for targeted communications and real-time programme management without reliance on third parties.

As the programme has grown, so too has our role. Acting as an extension of the Audi team, we have helped shape and evolve every aspect of the operation - from website functionality and customer data management to communications strategy and reporting. Our in-depth knowledge allows us to anticipate challenges, refine processes and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.

When the pandemic shifted demand, we supported the rapid evolution of the programme to include virtual experiences - ranging from celebrity-led cooking events to live music and interactive Q&A sessions - ensuring continued engagement during a critical time.

Today, Audi presents is a core part of the Audi UK customer journey, with over 30,000 active members. Events consistently reach capacity within days of launch, with the programme continuing to grow as a premium, experience-led offering for Audi owners.
